One of Canada’s most successful airlines. Its strategy of "enriching” the lives of people and making air travel fun, friendly and affordable has proven to be a winning formula. Unlike other airlines, Westjet never puts profitability first but rather prefers to make customer satisfaction its prime goal.
At Westjet there aren't passengers; there are guests. There aren't "employees" there are "Westjetters". There aren't "policies" there are "promises". They deliver exceptional service and value to their customers. So let us all book our flight and experience the wonderful service provided by the courteous Westjetters!

Westjet has an opportunity to be the number one airline in Canada considering the recent failures of Air Canada to live up to the expectations of Canadians. A huge amount of potential consumers are waiting for an airline to come up with a total package (excellent service, security, reduced waiting time, reduced cost, etc.). Westjet just need to be reponsive to that target audience that is unsure as to where they want to spend their monies. As such, if they can come up with an attractive bungle package coupled with their outstanding services, they can see profits soaring. I wish them well in the future.
